The Determination of Jurisdiction in Cross-border Business-to-Consumer Transactions

The paper below sets out a draft proposal regarding jurisdictional rules for cross-border business-to-consumer transactions. All interested parties are invited to comment on the draft proposal and any related issues.

The CMC will take into account the results of this consultation when preparing a final proposal.
